This project aims to deliver a transformational plan for urban development in the centre of Johnsonville – a key suburban area for the Wellington region. A transformational urban development plan will deliver integrated outcomes such as land use intensification, coordinated infrastructure, improved public areas and public access, and a mix of residential, commercial and community activities. It also seeks to provide residential and business opportunities, to create great places to live and work that improve wellbeing and provide a sense of community.
