“He Hapori Case 3420450: Customer mentioned the route 24 on 20 February 2026
What's going on? This and the immediately previous service were both cancelled, the 3:18
cancellation notification being after the departure time, at 3:27.
What penalty does the provider face for this? (Commercially sensitive?)
Surely there must be a better approach to providing a robust bus service.
And why is the cancellation reason always given as "Cancelled due to other cause"?
What does that mean? What are all the types of cancellation notice that can be provided?
Can you please provide a % of services cancelled for all routes for this calendar year.”
