Information Requested:

A list of items purchased for members of the Executive Leadership Team (including the Chief 
Executive) in the past 2 years that are not part of the council’s standard equipment issued to 
staff.
For each item identified, please provide:
- the item description, cost and date of purchase
- the approving manager or role
- Sale of council vehicles to staff
The number of council vehicles sold to staff members in the past five years.
For each vehicle sold, please provide:
- the vehicle make / model, year and mileage
- whether it was part of a remuneration package or pool fleet
- the sale price
- Copies of the council’s policy governing the disposal or sale of council vehicles.

Visa and immigration costs
The number of instances in the past two years where the council has paid for visa, immigration, 
or residency-related costs for staff.
For each instance, please provide:
- the type of role recruited
- the visa or immigration cost paid by the council
- whether the role was classified internally as skilled or specialist.
Travel to India relating to train procurement
The total amount spent by Greater Wellington Regional Council on staff travel to India relating 
to train procurement or related projects.
For each trip, please provide:
- the number of staff who travelled
- total travel and accommodation costs
- Koha payments
A list of all koha payments (not Māori only) requested during 2025, including those approved 
and declined.
For each koha request, please provide:
- the amount requested
- the purpose of the payment
- whether it was approved or declined
