Dr James Renwick is Professor of Physical Geography at University of Victoria, Commissioner at He Pou a Rangi/Climate Change Commission and author of Under the Weather: A future forecast for New Zealand. James is Aotearoa New Zealand’s foremost expert on climate and climate policy.
